Our breakfast was amazing and plentiful and with several different options, the staff was exceptionally attentive! We liked well-equipped room with the windows covered by curtains. The location was nice and impeccable - ease of access to Boerhaave Museum.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel offers fresh food choices for breakfast. the staff are affable and accommodating, fulfilling each request with a smile. Its central location is relatively near the Botanical Gardens. Public parking is conveniently located nearby.

booked double room, had a very good stay for a romantic holiday. the breakfast we ordered was amazing and gorgeous with bacon and different options for different tastes, for example. the location was very central, right by the bus / train station, city center and central train station and amsterdam.

The room was great sized and good sized and airy with air conditioning when I arrived.

The bathroom was really small, I didn't like it.

The room was very tiny, with the window broken. The wi-fi it wasn't working at all in the room. The price (100euro/night) is very high for the comfort that provide.

The location is great, close to the central train/bus station, historic city center, and shopping area, making it very convenient.

The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. They are very accomodating and create a very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable and relaxing!! it's a great place to stay whether you are backpacking or on business and the upgraded rooms are very luxurious if you are looking for more of an upscale stay!

Room was very clean. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Location was perfect for exploring Leiden and going out to eat in the evening.

The location here is absolutely perfect with a nearby Protestant church for easy access.

This excellent hotel, although in the midst of an upgrade, was nevertheless well worth the money. The position was very close to town centre, the only drawback being that street parking in Leiden is very expensive at 12euros per 24 hours or 2.4 euros per hour. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and went the extra mile to help, and the breakfast was very good!

The staff here is pretty friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near the canals.

The location was magnificent and perfect, really close to a 17th - century church. It also was close to main shopping area.
